Neot Semadar winery is a boutique winery that produces a variety of organic wines from grapes grown in our beloved vineyards, the southernmost vineyards in Israel.
האדמה והאקלים המדברי מפיקים כאן יינות שונים מאד בטעמם מיינות שמופקים מאותם ענבים בדיוק הגדלים באזורים אחרים בארץ ובעולם. הבדלי טמפרטורה קיצוניים בין יום ללילה, מיעוט משקעים וקרקע מלוחה מניבים ענבים בעלי טעם עשיר וייחודי, וידועים בהשפעתם המיטיבה על היין.
