Sweet dessert wine made from organic, hand-harvested grapes at the southernmost vineyard in Israel, Kibbutz Neot Semadar.
The summer of 2021 was particularly hot and dry. Our grapes quickly dried and fermented whilst on the vine with the help of natural, wild yeast found of their peels.
We are proud to present- sweet, delicious, flowery flavored wine.

These grapes were harvested at their ripest (hence, Late Harvest) and were transformed into an aromatic wine, boasting hints of lychee, pinapple and kiwi.
