We are a communal society that lives, grows and produces organic products together, with love, caring and collaboration between people and their environment.
Our organic products are of the highest quality.
We have been growing and developing them here, in the oasis of Neot Semadar, at Israel’s Negev, since 1989.
The cold winters allow us to specialize in various growths which are usually atypical of the desert weather: deciduous fruit trees such as apricot, plum, pear and apple, as well as vineyards and olive groves alongside desert-bound trees such as date groves.
Our beloved and groomed goat herd provides milk to the dairy farm next to the pen.
The fruit processing center next to it produces organic products that are lovingly processed by the locals and do not contain any preservatives or additives.
This infrastructure is the source to Neot Semadar’s long line of organic products based on local produce: Date snacks, juices and nectars, olives and olive oils, energy bars and dried fruits, cheese and yogurts, natural cosmetics, fine wine and more.
Our winery produces a selection of organic wines from grapes grown in the local vineyard.
The desert’s unique soil and climate produce wines that treasure the secrets of the desert’s bounty.
